Duke Diet & Fitness Center – Virtual Personal Training

We are now offering a safe, non-contact personal training in partnership with the Duke Health & Fitness Center. Work with a trainer from the comfort and convenience of your own home or location of your choice. Our staff will assist you in developing good habits to achieve fitness goals. Virtual personal training sessions will be hosted in WebEx or Zoom. (HIPAA compliant)

Virtual Personal Training Pricing:

  • The cost for a single session is $38.
    Six-session packages are $213 ($35.50 per session).
    Twelve-session packages are $399 ($33.25 per session).
