Stress Hardiness and Resilience

Stress is inevitable. It is part of our body’s natural and automatic response to meeting life’s challenges. Yet, we all have our days (or weeks) where stress takes center stage as we attempt to meet the many demands on our time and energy. When stress becomes chronic and we are not able to cope with it in positive ways, our bodies and minds wear down. In this first video of our series on stress, we discuss the importance of cultivating resiliency in creating a life that leans into stress.
