TakeCare, a national initiative that invites people to take care of their Whole Health: Mind, Body, Spirit, and Community, has assembled a team of national leaders in health, healthcare, filmmaking, and communications to flip the script on how we think about health. Through education, community support, and highlighting how people have transformed their lives, TakeCare inspires a Whole Health movement for all.
TakeCare will offer free community opportunities to participate in TakeCare’s 2-hour Experiences at Duke Integrative Medicine in Durham, NC. We are currently scheduling Experiences for February and March, with dates starting as early as next week. Please let us know if you are interested and what dates and times you prefer. We will then schedule one of our National Whole Health Experts and local Durham Expert Trainers to deliver your Experience(s).
We strongly believe TakeCare programming can help members of the Durham community manage their day-to-day better, cope better, meet personal and professional needs, and learn self-care skills and tools that will lead to enhanced health and well-being.
Now is the time to take care of ourselves and our communities! Please complete the interest form, and we will contact you soon!
